When hovering over a theme in the Theme Picker in Settings, if you wiggle your cursor slightly, or rest your cursor in just the right place, the options begin to rapidly flash, due to text appearing and disappearing each frame, causing the selection to load and unload respectively. A recording of this occurring has been included, for your convenience.
This may prove to be an accessibility issue for photosensitive individuals.
