[Bug] When navigating from Packages to Projects tab I get a 404 error

What issue are you facing?

• When navigating to a Projects Tab from a Packages Tab you get a 404 page.

What are the steps to reproduce this?

• Go to a user GitHub profile
• Navigate to a Packages Tab
• Open any package user may have
• Click on the Projects Tab

Other information
This only happens if you use GitHub when you are not logged in! I've noticed that the URL is different when you are not logged in, which is probably why this happens.

• When logged in, you are taken to: https://github.com/UserName?tab=projects
• But, when you're not logged in, you are taken to: https://github.com/UserName?tab=projects&type=classic
