I can't log in to falcon Christmas web site. somehow blocked I guess. , no help tab, no where to send message, text or call.

I need help reseting up my raspberrypi and falcon controller. I worked for 2 years, but getting errors. I reloaded sd card. unable to attach to reconfigure. Thanks.
