The semester has not yet started, and I am currently at home in a different city, away from my campus. As a result, my current location does not reflect my academic affiliation with my school.
How can I fix this issue?
another problem is about taking pictures for academic status. I can not upload my picture or use the back camera of my mobile to take a picture!

• I have ensured that location services are enabled on my device and browser.
• I am not using a VPN, which might interfere with location verification.
