Repository has been disabled with no prior notification

I recently published a repository for a team that I'm working with and received a notice relating to GitHub's Private Information Removal Policy stating that the repository has been disabled.

I reviewed the code and did not find any "sensitive information" and opened Reinstatement Request #2735939. I have yet to receive a response and according to the policy linked above I was supposed to have received a warning notification prior to takedown.

Is this an automated flow that is broken or what? And what is the SLA for normal (non-enterprise) tickets?

I decided to test the same code in another public repository and have yet to receive such a notification...

So now the question is can the original repository be enabled or will I have to request for its deletion to use the original name...
