Hello,
I made a GitHub Education related ticked over 3 months ago. Sadly, I haven't heard back from GitHub. Is there any other way to contact them? My ticket #2447431 I have attached all of the info there but still has the status "open". I understand that support answers tickets in the order tickets were received based on their own resources, but isn't 90 days too long?
