cannot get student bennifits after being aproved

hello github education members, i recently applied and got approved for student developer pack.
i'm getting following 2 messages on checking the status
ApprovedSubmitted Mar 8, 2024
Congrats! Your request for @bhanuponguru was approved and your benefits will be available soon.

but below, i'm getting a null status. what does this mean?
Hi, bhanuponguru! You were last verified as a null on Mar 8, 2024. It is not necessary for you to reverify at this time. There may be a wait period between verification and access to academic benefits.

is it normal to be verified as null? i did not get the student bennifits still. i request you to please fix this. i think in few hours, 72hrs will be passed since i got approved. I'm mainly writing this because i'm confused about this null status.
