Root is detected even when using Shamiko and HideMyApplist. (LIAPP)

I apologize in advance if I am posting this in the wrong place, but I cannot figure out where to go for getting help with Shamiko.

It seems that LIAPP has found a way to detect root even when using the latest version of Shamiko. There is a discussion about it on XDA, but unfortunately no progress has been made so far. Help would be greatly appreciated! @Dr-TSNG if there is any information that would be useful in solving this, please let me know.
