Invalid syntax error when attempting initial_instruction #40

Unable to complete initial_instruction as I get "Invalid syntax" error.

$ ssh -i id_rsa admin@x.x.x.x

Welcome admin.
admin@PA-VM> set user-id admin password

Invalid syntax.

admin@PA-VM> set mgt-config users admin password

Invalid syntax.
