Cluster e-scooters, bikes and micromobility options on map

Now that we're migrating from Leaflet to MapLibre, it looks like there is built-in support for adding nice-looking cluster markers to show uncluttered e-scooter and bike share vehicles at higher zoom levels.

I propose representing all micromobility vehicles on the map as clusters that turn into points at high zoom levels.
