When in the stop viewer, clicking on an address brings up the correct address popup. However, once this is active, multiple layers (most crucially StopViewerOverlay, VehicleRentalOverlay) no longer intercept click events, and are simply ignored by leaflet, even though they set the cursor to pointer correctly!

StopsOverlay appears to be immune to this...
