[FEATURE]Support ServiceMap (data-prepper) Integration

Is your feature request related to a problem?
The serviceMap concept is currently not incorporate in the traces catalog, this missing capability affects the creation of root cause analysis.
It also requires customers to customize their own representation for services in a proprietary manner that complicates usage of pre-canned dashboards and visualizations.

What solution would you like?
Data-prepper plugin has implemented a dedicated pipeline for data enrichment to produce serviceMap information.
We would like to adopt this capability by adding services component into the observability catalog under the trace category.

Once the services is introduced into the traces category it will be allowed to correlate with and queries can use this correlation for further investigations.

1. Adding services as a component in the traces category (schema + mapping)

• allowing traces to be linked with the service map by explicitly addingserviceName to the trace.attributes

2. Adding a services integration which has pre-canned dashboards to correlate service->metrics/traceId->logs

• documenting the data-prepper setup and Observability pipelines
• creating test docker compose for E2E staging
• creating sample data
• creating dashboard
• creating savedQuery for Correlation
