Reach Out Action: Create a Wikipedia Page

In the discussion on April 18, there were the following questions noted:
HT - Carl Reed could be someone we talk to about getting the POI wikipedia page reviewed.

CP reply: this is not a Carl Reed question/topic. He helped out in past years but it's now a Micah topic/task.

MP - we should ask the question of the OGC Staff how they best want to manage a POI Wikipedia page (e.g. does the SWG manage it on behalf of the OGC or does the OGC want to manage it as part of their overall publication activities).

CP reply: This will be an OGC Wikipedia page. The OGC will be doing the administrative parts, not the content. The role of the SWG is to develop/finish the content we want to see published. Then we hand it over.

The review process can be complicated and lengthy but it can't start until we have at least 5 references. If there are 10 that's better.
