Delete compliation outputs of 23-045 from GitHub repo

@cmheazel In addition to deleting the generated 22-053 outputs, please also delete the following files from this folder https://github.com/opengeospatial/poi/tree/main/23-045

• 23-045.err
• 23-045.html
• 23-045.pdf
• 23-045.presentation.xml
• 23-045.xml

Please note that I have submitted a ticket to the Infrastructure Office to set up a cron job for building OGC 23-045 and placing the generated document at docs.ogc.org/DRAFTS

@gbuehler will let you know when the cron job is ready.

Files have been deleted.

Also:

21-049 is the Standard. We need a cron job to build these files daily.
22-053 is the User Guide. It can go weeks without an update.
23-045 is the JSON encoding. This is a place holder and not currently under development.

The README will be updated with this information.
