What is the problem we are solving

We are continuing to develop and improve the Voucher functionality in OFN (see #10430 for first Phase of work). FE Design

The Project is being managed using github Project VINE Integration.

This new epic has been created for project and fund management purposes. This will be completing Phase 1 and hopefully commencing on some parts of Phase 2. Priorities will be evolving as we go, but at time of writing this looks like:

• Vouchers in Reports (priority issues from Epic Vouchers in reports #11763)
• Purpose
• Expiry
• Minimum spend

See Discourse - Introducing VINE (Voucher Integration Engine) for an update on the proposed approach. This Epic now oversees the integration of VINE with OFN.

Success factors = expected outcome

Complete priority Phase 1 Voucher functionality, possibly some elements of Phase 2 or 3, outlined here
