Interim fix of emonhub buffer implementation, reverting back to the use of the emonhub_buffer class as used in @pb66's experimental branch.

Update also includes:

• reversion of settings validation back to the experimental branch implementation.
• automatic loading of interfacers in interfacer folder
• refactor of several interfacer to align more closely with experimental branch code structure
