I'm finding issues with the run button being disabled on macOS Big Sur 11.2.1 as well.

When I install and open the app, the Run! button is disabled:

When I click Copy the console code, paste into firefox dev tools console, and run it, I get an error:

document.execCommand(‘cut’/‘copy’) was denied because it was not called from inside a short running user-generated event handler.

When I manually copy the output from the console into the Image Accessibility field in Koa11y, the Run! button becomes active.
