Add message when there are too many buttons enabled

When there are too many buttons enabled, the whole group will "fall" to the next line, breaking the layout and (usually) end up disappearing.
So, we could add a message informing the user about that, when that's the case.

This should be higher priority. It appears as plugin doesn't work no matter what you do. I spent a lot of time disabling other plugins and changing VSCode configuration, nothing helps. I still have default <> buttons on touchbar.
Until hours later I found this issue! wow. so just disable dome of buttons and it will come back!

Or the plugin could detect the size of the remaining space and then append scroll buttons to the left and right of the group.
