Repeated slide-in animation in Firefox

Hi,
I have experienced weird behaviour when I open slideout panel in Firefox (v74).
In some cases slideout panel disappears immidiatelly after openning and slides-in again.

You can see it in picture bellow:

Any idea what could it be?

@cammeronm can you re-try with v2.13.0? A fix was put in for a separate issue dealing with the animation timing, wondering if it might also fix this issue.
