Express-LRS RF telemetry widget for planes

This widget display express-lrs RF telemetry
it focused on fixed wing planes (i.e. line of site)

it automatically detect end-of-flight (by telemetry), so it can change the in-flight screen to post-flight-summary screen it also show (graphic way) the min/max of each RF field

will not find here any no non-elrs rf telemetry:

• no range
• no gps
• no current
• no voltage

it does show all aspect of RF link telemetry

• rate (in friendly way) (with min-max)
• link quality (with min-max)
• power (with min-max)
• rssi1 (with min-max)
• rssi2 (with min-max)
