Pre map and post map hook inconsistency

The pre-map and post-map hooks are currently inconsistent. The pre map hook will only run if . The post map hook is really a "post show" hook that runs whenever the dropdown is activated (even with -A or when moving it from another desktop). Two new flags could be added for pre/post show instead if needed.

I will implement this if someone requests it, but I don't need it, so I will leave it as is for now.
