Thank you for such a great project!
I wish it would be possible to adopt this script for some open source models, like https://cloud.blender.org/p/characters/5718a967c379cf04929a4247

Or a way to adopt your code for this.
I am absolute zero in blender scripting and it would be great to get some help!
