More options for extending Layouts and Items Styles

Developers may add any type of layout, that will not work properly with some of the available Items Styles.

For example, we added Justified support, but it is not working properly with Default Items Style. So, we need to add the list with unsupported items styles in Justified layout configuration.

1. Array with supported items styles. Only these items styles will work with the layout
2. Array with unsupported items styles. All items styles will work with the layout excerpt these items in the array
3. Enable/disable filters, pagination for layout
