通報をDiscordに流せると気付きやすそうで良いな～と思うのですが、admin/abuse-user-reportsしか手段がなくて厳しさがある
メールとかで通知してくれても良いのに…無いのですよね
misskey-dev#9503

(管理者には12.96.0からメールで通知されるようになってるらしいですが認識していない。多分来てない?)

起動時コンフィグで指定したdiscordのwebhookに投げるとかはまぁまぁできそう
