Please, build the first release for MacOS system (64-bit only):

  • ldm-0.x.y-mac.dmg as a stand-alone installer for MacOS,
  • ldm-0.x.y-mac.app as ready-to-run version packed to archive.

Once done, please start releasing this file type along with others in our Releases section. Thank you!

zip (or app how we called it here) is done. Working on dmg builder

Please, check my source or some other to verify. I am unsure, if that is "just a bare zip" or something "more":

.dmg files are the disk image files normally used to install Mac apps. Once installed, Mac apps usually have the extension of .app, but that extension is normally hidden from the user. Mac apps are packages which appear to the user as a single file. This makes it very convenient to move apps to a new folder or a new computer.

I don't have Mac, you have :) You need to check, if to play our game without installing it, you can simply unzip regular .zip archive and run some file inside. Or, if there some "additional magic" with getting Apple's .app file. Thanks.

It is just unpacking the zip. That creates the app executable that runs. All works here.

OK, but should you name it ldm-0.x.y-mac.app or ldm-0.x.y-mac.zip? If both options are available then please go with the .app. Thank you.

For now it has to be zip. To be able to do the app I will need to change the builder.

Build has errors, will need to use differrent bundler and released it in new releases. Old Mac releases has been removed.
