No mentions visible in compare mode

When I open two files with recent annotations in compare mode, no mentions are marked in the text (no matter whether they match or not).

I cannot reproduce this problem, looks fine to me.

If you launch CorefAnnotator on the command line, do you see any (interesting) error messages?

I have no idea what the problem could be. Sometimes, the text window is slow to update -- resizing should trigger a refresh of everything. If that doesn't work, we should talk about this directly.
