Virtual vault

It would be nice to have a physical currency that the play carries, but could then store it in a "Central" bank as to not have "too much" clutter

A virtual vault that would be accessed by deposit and withdraw commands. this could be a config option alongside the container boolean

I'd also love a virtual version of a vault.
