Turn off eslint-loader #137

I can't find a way to turn off the eslint loader:

It's seriously in a way to get anything done :( Any idea how to turn it off? I removed eslint-loader dependency but no luck.

It still runs even if I remove every trace of eslint from the project.

It's actually typescript error!
This fixed it vercel/next.js#7687 (comment)
