The upgrade from 11.0.1 to 11.0.2 went successfully.

All the apps (except files, calendar, etc) went back to "disabled" and I had to re-enable them.

Also theme got turned off and I had to re-enable that one also.

Is the correct behavior?

For themes, this is currently the intended behaviour - but there is a open ticket about that: #2785

Starting with Nextcloud 12, official apps will get automatically re-enabled after updates. See the ticket over here: #239

After the upgrade to 11.0.2 I lost access to ALL third party apps. I have no menu option to even see let alone re-enable them. We lost all contacts and calendars. Any way to get them back?

@Optokus69 I am sorry to hear about that. Do I understand you correct, that you can not re-enable your apps (calendar, contacts, ...) over the apps menu here:

...if yes, please describe the issue a bit more - maybe also with some screenshots (if you can not see the apps menu).

I don't even have them in Not enabled apps. Completely gone. Plus Third party apps option is gone, so I cannot install them directly. I'm uploading them and enabling them manually right now. So annoying. Luckily, user data is preserved, so nobody lost their calendars and contacts.
