User - Security - Device - never ending list of entries

DELETE THIS, entries have all vanished for no identifiable reason.

Please help, I have a never ending list of these, the ones I can see are over a year old.

Nextcloud/00009 CFNetwork/811.5.4 Darwin/16.6.0

I can't delete them manually, cron is working correctly, running latest stable version 13.0.5

Need a delete all or some kind of option to purge authenticated devices over x time old
