500 Error - CSS file not found

i have a little bit trouble with the polls app. I think this is the important part of nextcloud.log

I'm not sure what happend, all directory permissions for /media/usb1/nextcloud_data are correct but there is no polls directory? Anyone an idea for this problem!?
