Scrolling on small screens not possible

Steps to reproduce

1. open notes app
2. create new note
3. fill with any content until you have to scroll
4. shrink the browser size until the left navigation will hide (note gets reloaded)
5. try to scroll in the note

Expected behaviour

Scrolling

Actual behaviour

Scrolling not possible, nothing happens
going up and down with the cursor using the up and down keys is possible
