This Pull Request fixes a small issue in
sct_straighten_spinalcordconcerning the options-disable-straight2curvedand-disable-curved2straight.These options allowed to disable the generation of warping fields. Even if warping fields were not computed, the warping fields were still generated (and therefore were wrong).
