Error in open.connection(x, "rb") : HTTP error 403. #1

Hi, have the following code:

library(scihubr)
download_paper(query="10.1016/j.eist.2015.06.005", path="C:/Users/carol/Documents", open=FALSE)

but I always get the following error:
"Error in open.connection(x, "rb") : HTTP error 403.".

I tried to use the url instead of doi, but the result is the same, what more can I do?

I would really appreciate someone's help, thank you!
