Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.

The cFS bundle has builds running on RTEMS. It would be helpful to do a standalone osal build using the same toolchain.

Describe the solution you'd like
Port the workflows in the cFS bundle repo to the osal repo and modify for a standalone build

Describe alternatives you've considered
None

Additional context
