Ways to Troubleshoot Not Showing Toast #126

I have the same code base deployed in two app services in Azure. My dev site works just fine, but the live app service does not show the toast. The same code base gets built and deployed through Azure DevOps so I know it's not a code problem.

Do you have any suggestions on how to troubleshoot why the notifications are not showing on my live site?

I know this is not much information, but I don't know how to provide more. I have looked at the logs for the non-working site, compared the configuration for both sites, and I can't find any difference,

Do you see any errors in your browser dev tools ?
