You can download binary build for MacOS: https://github.com/myposter-de/monorepo-splitter/releases

Installation (this requires golang)

1. run brew install pkg-config
2. run make install-libgit2
3. run make install and open a new shell
4. create config file <some name>.yaml
5. run splitter -c <path to your config>.yaml
6. provide your github credentials when prompted
