[Progress] Indeterminate circular progress behaves differently in Safari #863

Here is how, the CircularProgress component behaves in Chrome and Mozilla.
chrome-mozilla

However here is the Safari version.
safari

It seems to be stopping at the right side of the diameter. What could be the issue here? Does somebody else face this issue?

Yeah I'm experiencing this issue on iOS Safari too on an iPhone 6 with iOS 8
