The below data issues were found during the preparatory work for DiFX correlation, or during the post-correlation inspections. Ideally these are "new" reported issues that are not explained by the observing logs of each station.
- LMT is in the triggered VEX schedules, but did not observe; removed Lm from DiFX VEX to avoid warnings
- Band 1 scan e21f19_Pv_109-0113 in slots 1+2 is corrupt
- Band 4 scans e21a14_Pv_104-0103, e21f19_Pv_109-0246 in slots 1+2 are corrupt
