Create a personal nomenclature page

A user must find in this page:

• alls nomenclature he have created
• does the user can delete/edit nomenclature ?

To be confirmed with Mr A. We hav to disuss Nomeclature validation and legal rules

So:

• if a nomenclature have been validated then no way to edit/delete it by the creator (only possible by an admin)
• if edited by creator then it create an alternate version not validated.

So we have to create a version system for nomenclature (creating an additionnal issue for that)

Then implement the personal nomenclature page like said here !

We dont want versions on nomenclatures

Instead:

Add a status:

• draft (can be edit by creator)
• waiting-approval (not editable by creator, admin can validate and edit)
• validated (not editable by creator, admin can edit)

Creator can create a copy of nomenclature to make a new one starting from existing.
