Describe the bug
When a config file argument is specified, if that file does not exist cnspec falls back to the default. If you are using multiple spaces and switching between them this can result in assets being created in the wrong space.

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

  1. Log in to mondoo with cnspec
  2. Run cnspec with a --config argument that points to a nonexistant file

Expected behavior
cnspec should error out when the argument is specified and the file does not exist
