CLI risk factors UX is unclear

Describe the bug
When scanning my system I get the following back for risk factors:

Risks/Mitigations:
✓ Incompletely removed packages were detected
✕ Private SSH Keys
✕ SSHd Service
✕ Nginx Server

Since I know this system and how risk factors work I understand that the system actually has no partial packages, but this UX is very unclear for someone without that insider information. We should think of a better way to show when a risk is present or mitigated instead of the check mark system.
