Describe the bug

Right now the workflow dispatch to installer repo does not work.

To Reproduce

Run release, see https://github.com/mondoohq/cnspec/actions/runs/9000047228/job/24723702638

Expected behavior

Workflow started in installer repo

chris-rock added the bug label
