Make default output nocontrols, nodata

Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.
Today the default output of scans returns all of the data output and compliance controls output. This produces a TON of data. This request is to make the default nodata and nocontrols instead.

Describe the solution you'd like
New default when running cnspec scan <target> uses --output nodata,nocontrols

If a user wants to see data and controls output they would run:

cnspec scan <target> --output data,controls

moving this to cnspec since it is not a cnquery issue
