Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.
We only have purls for Linux and non-OS sources.

Describe the solution you'd like
Add purls for Windows and Mac packages to the os provider.

Describe alternatives you've considered
Keep as is.

Additional context
We need to define what the URLs look like. The reference has currently no definitions on these two systems: https://github.com/package-url/packageurl-go
