A few issues after first install

On my site https://yogahuset.no/bibliotek, you'll see the module in column right (called "Velg programmer"). A few issues and questions:

1. I have chosen a menu layout. I wanted a cloud layout, but nothing happens when I click on the clouds. So I've settled for a menu for now. I'm sure this can be fixed somehow, and will be glad to give you admin credentials.
2. The article count includes all articles, included the restricted ones. That's fine, and that's my Joomla settings. When not logged in however, only the unrestricted articles are displayed. Thats confusing for the user. Perhaps there should be some kind of explanation or warning about the missing results, or perhaps all articles could be shown, like the Joomla settings for views, as here: https://yogahuset.no/bibliotek/155-video.
3. The menu displays "Root" at the bottom. How to avoid that?
4. How can I still display the module on the article hitlist?
5. Is there a way to display the hit list in a different way? What would be really neat would be to update the actual Joomla listview as it is in https://yogahuset.no/bibliotek/155-video and https://yogahuset.no/bibliotek/173-lyd
6. And last, is there a way to have nested tags, so that the tag meny will have submenu items? I see that Joomla tags are not nested, as far as I understand.
