I'm trying to install the requirements, I'm facing the following problem while installing functools32:

complete output from command python setup.py egg_info:
This backport is for Python 2.7 only
I tried to download other version than the one existed in requirements.txt, but I'm getting more problems with alot of packages. Can you please provide me with your environment details?
For me, I'm using Windows 10 64x, conda, python 3.7

This code can only be applied to python2.7, but TensorFlow does not support python2.7 for Windows, so you need to use Linux
