Cannot open reaction popup after update

💡 Summary

Users can't open the reactions popup after update.

I confirmed clearing pizzax::base in IndexedDB and Local Storage(idbfallback) solves this issue.

Users can open reactions popup.

🤬 Actual Behavior

Popup not opened.

📝 Steps to Reproduce

1. Install old version of Misskey.
2. Use some reactions.
3. Update.
4. Try to open reactions popup.
