i im in the launcher and when i press the green button it says failed to find url

Multiple known cases

• Your account doesn't own the game => buy the game and press the green button after waiting a short time or just repeat pressing the button until it says download and play
• Your credentials are expired, press log out in settings and sign in again. Assumes you have already used this launcher for a longer period
• Your device is not compatible
• A bug of this launcher or piracy, to prevent piracy search for alternative solutions to run the game and don't attack this project

I resolved by removing flatpak version and directly running latest .AppImage. Issues seems to be with the flatpak

how do you remove the flatpak and swap it to .appimage? im trying to do this on steam deck and dont know anything about linux

Signing out and in worked for me, thanks @ChristopherHX. For anyone else - settings cog icon in the top right, General tab, Sign out button at the top, then Sign in button that replaces it.
