This repository contains a script for shuffling two parallel files.
./parallel_shuffling.sh file1 file2
The scripts returns the following files:
- file1: file1 with lines shuffled randomly.
- file2: file2 with lines shuffled in the same way than file1.
where file1 and file2 are the two parallel files to shuffle.
